Are you thinking I have written the title wrong? No ways. Health is actually life and life is actually due to health. A healthy person is a lucky person, and enjoys every moment of life as all the blessings are made for him/her.
Today people are more concern about their heath specially women. But do you know? Our fore-fathers had also rise the health issues? I think it was not the issue for them.
So what the reason behind that?
The reason is the purity. They get healthy diets, healthy sleep and the big think a pure heart. There were no social media for them to waste time all the night.
This field is not just a story of one page or a book of 500 pages. It is our whole life of 70 years or more. So the facts cannot be covered in a single writing. So we can see step by step the health issues and their cure.
Body issues
Our body is not just a system that have a heart for blood pump and brain for thinking. There is a mechanism for its function. Impure food effect reproductive, nervous, digestive system, coordination, eyesight, hearing, and blood circulation and many much more that we cannot imagine by sitting in our bed room. Even when you are moving the motion or changing posture and gesture demands the release of different hormones from glands. The glands situated in brain, in digestive system, on kidneys in throat etc. Our body work by coordinating with the secretion of each gland. The main control of secretion is present in hypothalamus (a part of brain). These secretions contain ions, vitamins, minerals that change from one form to other for their response.
Now think! The chemicals present in artificially made food. The chemicals from food will react with ions and minerals in secretions. This will suppress the action of hormonal secretions. Also remove minerals from body by converting them into a more dangerous and complex form. In turn this will result in fetal disease.
My advice for you!
Reduce the use of social media without any reason. Use healthy method for time pass.
Take healthy food. Avoid fast food. You can grow some healthy vegetables in your home garden. A healthy body demands eat and digest routines. For digestion walking and exercise is beneficial. Eat only in amount that you can digest. Do not over eat or less-eat. Overeating will cause gain of fats. And lack of eat can cause mel-nutrition. Drink excess water.
Fruits should be preferred on the flour made bread.
