Vegetables are the plants that you should consume for your health and fitness. Mint:

Mint is a best herb to use if you do not have mint allergy. There is no side effect of mint. But if you have gastro-esophageal allergy you should void mint because trigger its symptoms. Drink excess water when you eat mint. People are rarely allergic to mint. But if you have previous disease symptoms then mint can exaggerate the allergic reaction. Carrot:

If you eat excess carrots it can cause Carotenemia (yellowish coloration of skin), because it contains beta carotene. Carrot promotes digestion and maintains blood level in body.  You can eat one carrot daily in the morning before a meal. This will satisfy your hunger and avoid overeating. In this way you can loss you  weight and fat to a normal level.

Turnip

Turnip is a cruciferous vegetable. It contains anti-oxidants, potassium and vitamins. Turnip protects you from harmful bacteria and protects your live from harmful radical reaction.  It lowers the blood pressure by dilating the arteries and also maintains low sugar level in the body. Do not eat turnip in excess it can cause stomach and blotting gas. Boiled or steamed turnips are good to eat when they are mixed with mashed potato. You can use them in salad.

Radish:

Radish has no fat and w calorie. It is a crunchy diet high in Vitamin C and anti-oxidants. It helps you during fungal infection, digestive disorder and cancer. Carrots fulfil your water demands and prevent your body from cell damage. It is good for high blood pressure and diabetic patients. You can eat one radish daily with meal. Cucumber:

Cucumber is high in water content. It can fulfil 90% of your water requirements and keep you hydrated. Eat just one cucumber daily.
