During day you visit the market freely under sunlight. But at night your neighbors light irritates you. Our brain is a rich and gentle man. He has a 24 hours clock which decides whether we have to sleep or awake. When we go in light during day, it reduce the production of melatonin (a hormone of pineal gland in brain). Melatonin is actually the key of treasure for brain. Brain uses this key to control our activities. Melatonin is a productivity of brain during dark. This chemical produces during dark and reduces during day time. Melatonin production during night makes us sleepy and calm.


 Old people lose the production of enough Melatonin so they cannot enjoy a good sleep. Do you have Grandparents in your home? Take care for them. They are the source of blessing for you.
 Cherries, banana,walnut, kiwi fruit, grapes , pineapple, strawberry, mashrooms, Oatmeal and almonds are good to fulfil the desire melatonin level. Fish, eggs, milk and yogurt are high in melatonin..
Children also have less production of melatonin that is why they also not take care of sleep. Is not it irritating when you are going to sleep and your children want to play. 


 Sun it the mother of all light sources. During summer it is like a ball with needles that sink in your body. Sunlight has ultraviolet radiations. Melanin is a skin pigment produce by melanocytes. Melanin absorb visual light of Sun and reduce the risk of tissue damage and caner due to Ultraviolet radiations. These radiations when absorb by our body they break the cholesterol molecules in body and produce vitamin D . It provide energy and a response to stress. 


 Vitamin D controls our immune system, neuro-muscular system, cell growth. Our body will be free of pathogenic organisms so we become active and smart during day. Why sun is jealous from us? Because its light protect and control some major functions of our body and protect us from taking harmful disease. Taking too much light is harmful. When you have not enough cholesterol to melt and you lack glucose in body. 


 What happen when you put meat to fry in oven and forgot it? Will you get it fresh or smoky black? First of all dehydration of flesh then fats burn to provide energy, but the poor body can tolerate to what extent? 


 When we watch mobile phone and blue light during night, it will affect the sleep-awake cycle and prevent us from sleep. When we not sleep at night our body cannot relax. Sleeping is repairing of body.


  When you use your house for many years without repairing its cracks, how many years you can live in it? One day the house roof will fall on you. 


 Sleeping relax the heart, brain, nervous system, digestive system, urinary system. A sleep of 6–8 hours is must for a healthy body. So go to your bed, stop thinking. Have a good sleep and awake with a fresh mind and new directions of life.
